Rishiri Island (利尻島, Rishiritō) and Rebun Island (礼文島, Rebuntō) are two little islands close to the northern tip of Hokkaido. The islands are a piece of the Rishiri-Rebun-Sarobetsu National Park and offer excellent trekking trails, beach front views, snow capped blossoms and little angling towns.
Rishiri is a round island with the 1721 meter tall Mount Rishiri at its inside. Because of its appearance, the lethargic spring of gushing lava is otherwise called Rishiri-Fuji. Rebun is longer and compliment than Rishiri and most acclaimed for its abundance of elevated blossoms found adrift level.
